Free Local Pick up & Delivery

Free Local Pick Up (in Whistler)

  • We offer a free local pick up option for all orders!
  • Our products will typically be processed and ready for you to pick up within 5-7 days from the date of purchase. 
  • We will send you an email when your order has been processed and is ready for you to pick up. 
  • Please pick up your order within 7 days of being notified that it is ready. If you do not pick up your order within 7 days of being notified that it is ready, then we will remove the order from the pick up location and contact you. 

Free Local Delivery (within Whistler) for orders over $40

  • We offer a free local delivery option for all orders over $40 within Whistler!
  • For free local delivery, you must provide a physical Whistler address (not a P.O.  box) where we can safely leave your order outside your door if nobody answers. 
  • To get to this option, select "Shipping" at checkout and enter your Whistler address. On the next screen you will be offered an option of "Free Local Delivery".
  • Our products will typically be delivered to you within 5-7 days from the date of purchase. 
  • When your order has been delivered to the address provided, we will send you an email to let you know.
  • Once we have delivered your order, we are no longer responsible for those items. 

    Shipping

    • We offer free shipping in Canada for orders over $150. 
    • Products will be delivered to you via Canada Post. 
    • Generally, we use recycled/recyclable brown paper packaging to ship products, aiming to minimize waste.
    • Our products will typically be shipped out to you within 5-7 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated (we're a small family business ~ thanks for your patience!). 
    • Within Canada, we will ship via letter mail, if small enough (no tracking) or tracked package if larger. Orders generally arrive within 2-3 weeks of being shipped.
    • For shipping to the USA, orders will be sent via Canada Post, untracked. Usually arrives within 3-4 weeks of shipping date.
    • We're sorry but we currently do not ship outside of Canada/USA. 
    • If you would like your order by a certain date or shipped tracked and you are willing to pay extra for this service, please contact us using the form below and we will do our best to meet your needs. 
    • We're sorry but we do not ship our natural soap bars (this is because they are heavy and therefore quite costly to ship). Natural soap bars are only available for local pick up or delivery within Whistler. 

      Returns & Exchanges

      • We gladly accept returns or exchanges on regular priced items, provided they are in new/unused condition.
      • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, if you would like to initiate a return. Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. It can take up to two weeks for a refund to be processed on your credit card. 
      • Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. 
      • If the item is not returned to us in its original new condition, the buyer is responsible for replacement cost. 
      • Sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or sale items.
